Description

1) Close OMS.

2) Select the line of text below, then press CTRL + C to copy it.

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Marvin Windows and Doors\Marvin Order Management System

3) Press the Windows key + the letter R.

4) Press CTRL + V to paste, and then press Enter.

5) You will see a folder with your OMS username on it - DO NOT OPEN IT. 
Select it, and then press the Delete key.

6) Select the file UserSettings.dat, and then press the Delete key.

7) Start OMS.
